Why do you have such a large service window?

We have a minimum of 4 hrs. windows to allow us to provide enough time to each client. Techs are sometimes asked to look at other appliances or perform additional services at the customers home. The four hour window allows us to dedicate as much time as they need until the customer's appliance is fixed.
